Paris and the Restoration of the American Constitutional Republic

Yesterday, President Donald Trump signaled the beginning of the end of the dictatorship and the dictatorial governance of President Obama and the restoration of the American Constitutional Republic.

The departure of American participation in the Paris Climate “Agreement” simply meant that the American Constitutional Republic would adhere to the 229-year-old document which governs how our federal government is structured, and how it is managed. The intent and meaning of Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2 are clear: “[ President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur.”

The “Agreement” had been ratified by approximately 150 of the nearly 200 signatories’ nations, meaning nearly every other nation on Earth treated this agreement as a binding, international treaty and not some type of non-binding, international declaration or vision statement.

With the stroke of a pen, dictators can easily sign and commit their nations to a host of international treaties. Under the American Constitutional Republic, it takes the approval of two-thirds of our elected Senators to bind our nation to such accords.

What President Obama attempted to dictate upon the American citizens through the use of his pen and without Senate approval, President Donald Trump was able, just as easily, to undo. In the end, every unconstitutional action performed by President Obama, can and will be undone by President Donald Trump.

This is just the beginning. President Donald Trump as already reversed a series of questionable and unconstitutional executive orders signed by President Obama. There are many more reversals to come. The Left will fight President Trump at every opportunity. Having lost all legislative power, the Democrats will continue to use activist courts to thwart the legal and constitutional legislative actions of the elected Republican majority.

The withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement is President Trump’s first substantial push back against international globalism. This globalist beast will not go quietly into oblivion, so the United States should expect a full-scale retaliation against this type of America leadership.

So for now, it is America 1, Globalist 0. However, this is just Round 1 of an eternal fight between good and evil, between national sovereignty and international subjugation, and between individual freedom and slavery.

Is the average American citizen ready for the fight?
