I am grieved in my heart at the absolute lies and twisting of ideas in this country.
Let’s begin by reiterating something I covered in my first article— only American Citizens have rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
And again, I say to you, only American Citizens have rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Now that I have made that clear any out there who understand that and have grasped hold of it are smarter than the progressives in Washington.
In response to President Trump’s travel ban on refugees from predominantly Muslim countries, N.Y. Sen. Chuck, “Chuckie,” Schumer said it was “unconstitutional.” Ole Chuck then went on to say, “The refugee program should be for all religions that are persecuted. That’s the point. There should not be a religious test period.”
Hey Sen. Schumer, are you intentionally lying to the American people, or are you just illiterate when it comes to the Constitution?
I wish I could say Sen. Chucky was the only one this uneducated, but apparently, this runs rampant with the Progressives in this country. Ms. Clinton does not disappoint; she has made similar statements. Of course, what would the twisting of the Constitution be without the expert on Constitutional law himself, Barrack Hussein Obama, who said:
“When I hear folks say that, well, maybe we should just admit the Christians but not the Muslims; when I hear political leaders suggesting that there would be a religious test for which a person who’s fleeing from a war-torn country is admitted, when some of those folks themselves come from families who benefited from protection when they were fleeing political persecution — that’s shameful. That’s not American. That’s not who we are. We don’t have religious tests to our compassion.”
This all sounds good, compassionate, loving, and kind-hearted, right? Well, thank you for placing refugees well-being over the safety and security of American citizens in our country.
Only Citizens of The United States of America have Constitutional Rights!
That being said, the use of “No Religious Test” in Article VI Sec. III of the Bill of Rights does not apply.
So what does it actually say?
Article VI Sec. III states:
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
The no religious test clause only applies to those seeking Federal Office; this clause does not even apply to those seeking State Offices, only federal level ones. So once again, the elites are assuming the American people are idiots, and are purposefully twisting what the founders and framers intended. What a surprise!
There has always been a religious test as long as we have required those who take the oath of citizenship to mean what they say. Anyone seeking to come to America for refuge of any kind with intentions of staying has to pledge allegiance to the Constitution and the principles and ideals contained therein.
Consider the following scenario: So, if we can’t apply any religious test to anyone seeking to enter the United States and take up residence here then what about cannibals? Cannibalism is a religious practice, and yes, it is still practiced by a tribe on a small island of Indonesia. Let’s assume a tribe of cannibals asks for refugee status to come to our beloved country. According to the progressive, out of touch crowd, we would have to let them in. Let that sink in for a minute. They would be free by the standard being pushed forth by activist judges and the politically insane to take up residents who would potentially murder and eat American citizens as part of their religious rituals. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
Since Islam is not only a religion, but a political and ideological belief, as well, they will never fully assimilate into our culture, nor can they pledge full allegiance to the Constitution because they believe that Sharia Law is the highest law of the land, and that Allah is greater than our God. If we continue to let these people into our country, one of two things will happen: 1. We will be forced to accommodate their laws as practiced, even if they conflict with the constitution or 2. We will wind up fighting them in the streets.
Wake up, patriots! It’s time to stand up for what you believe.
Before you get your knickers in a twist, I do not believe in hatred or racism in any way, shape, or form. I do believe in a sovereign, free, self-governing people who have the right to preserve their way of life and the foundation that it was built on.
God bless and Farewell for now. DTLSR.
